Welcome to TechAiSpark. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all services offered under TechAiSpark, including but not limited to:

• Graphic Design

• Web Design & Development

• Branding

• Animation & Video Editing

• Digital Marketing

• Presentation & Pitch Deck Design

1. General Terms

1. The project scope includes only the services discussed and approved by the client before starting.

2. Estimated duration depends on timely feedback and content provided by the client.

3. 30% advance payment is required to begin. 70% is payable upon final delivery.

4. Client receives 3 rounds of free revisions. Additional revisions will be charged extra.

5. Final designs will be handed over only after full payment is received. Ownership transfers at that point.

6. Client may use the final design for personal/commercial purposes but cannot resell or redistribute without permission.

7. Cancellation mid-project means the advance is non-refundable. Partial charges may apply.

8. Confidentiality will be maintained between both parties.

9. TechAiSpark reserves the right to showcase final work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

10. Final files are delivered in agreed formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF). Source files require separate payment.

11. Clients must provide timely feedback to prevent delays.

12. TechAiSpark is not liable for copyrighted content submitted by clients.

13. Late payments beyond 2 days incur a 10% penalty unless otherwise agreed.

2. Service-Specific Terms

Graphic Design

• Includes Logo Design, Banner Design, Social Media Posts, Packaging, Flyers, and Thumbnail Design.

• Client must provide size specifications, brand colors, and sample references.

• Designs are optimized for digital/web usage unless print-specific formats are requested.

Web Design & Development

• Covers Business Sites, E-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce), UI/UX, and Maintenance.

• Client must provide domain/hosting credentials for deployment.

• Project delivery includes testing, optimization, and optional ongoing support based on the package.

Branding

• Includes Brand Strategy, Logo Systems, Stationery, Typography & Voice Development.

• All branding assets are delivered with a guideline document if included in the scope.

• Color palettes and font licensing are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Animation & Video Editing

• Includes Motion Graphics, Explainers, Reels, Logo Animation, YouTube Intros/Outros.

• Client to provide voiceovers, footage, or scripts if not included in the package.

• Final videos are delivered in MP4 format unless otherwise requested.

Digital Marketing

• Includes Social Media Marketing, PPC, SEO, Funnels, Email Campaigns & Analytics.

• Results may vary and depend on external factors like market behavior and algorithms.

• Ad budget to be paid directly by the client to the platform (Google/Facebook).

Presentation & Pitch Deck Design

• Includes Investor, Sales, Launch, Corporate Reports, and Event Slide Decks.

• Editable formats (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides) are provided as per request.

• All data and graphs are assumed accurate as per client submission.
